Our menu has been influenced by not only our Italian adventures but also by my extended family - Nonno Gian Carlo Slaviero. With over 60 years of creating wonderful Italian dishes, I wanted to get him involved.  I had the pleasure of working with him at The European Restaurant in Derby for several years in our younger days. It was wonderful reminiscing and listening to his stories again, a real inspiration for me.
